In therapy, we use our individual expertice to build a safe space for you to explore your needs and to meet your goals. We can't change difficult pasts but we can learn to build healthy relationships with ourselves and others to meet our future with confidence and hope. In this safe space we explore your present, how your past impacts you, and help you learn to make choices about your future. We always have choices. Sometimes our only choice is how we are going to face our situation and move forward.
